Cooking Tips 

Think outside the box when it comes to using our premium loin chops. Consider grilling them, broiling or even frying them up.  Cook time most often is 4 minutes per side on high. It's better to undercook them and do a quick temp check them overcook them. Each chop has a small bone, but the rib has been cut off. We also have rack of goat available to purchase and you can slice them as you wish.
