With no added hormones or antibiotics, this is clean, nutritious, and delicious.  Average weight of this split bone in frozen shoulder roast will be 2 pounds and you will receive 1shoulder roast.  We do have full shoulder roasts available, but they are running around 5 to 6 pounds.
